Shift Timings:- 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Job Profile:
We are currently looking to hire a Lead Recruiting/Operations Support professional to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment for IT roles while also supporting key operational activities. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle in close partnership with hiring managers, strategic partners, HR teams, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities :
- Prior experience working with organizations having 500+ employees (Mandatory)
- Coordinating kick-off discussions between hiring managers and recruitment partners
- Supporting candidate sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn and external platforms
- Managing interview scheduling and coordination across teams
- Tracking open positions and following up on hiring pipelines and progress
- Providing regular hiring status updates to the Chief of Staff
- Collaborating with HR and internal teams to support full-time hiring and onboarding activities
- Coordinating team schedules, priorities, and deliverables
- Supporting event planning and logistics management
- Assisting with internal communications and cross-functional coordination
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Personable and confident with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of taking ownership with strong follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
