ABOUT TOGETHRTogethr is building a commerce distribution and rewards network that connects brands with high-intent users across platforms.
Today, we power post-purchase offer distribution for e-commerce.
Next, we are expanding into banks, fintech apps, super apps, wallets, and utility platforms — embedding offers at the exact moment users transact or engage.
The goal is simple:
Make Togethr the default offer and rewards layer across high-traffic consumer platforms
ROLE OVERVIEWThis role is about one thing:
Driving traffic acquisition and revenue through partnerships
You will be responsible for getting Togethr integrated into:
- Banking and fintech platforms
- Super apps and high-frequency consumer platforms
- Utility and billing apps with repeat user traffic
- Payment journeys, rewards ecosystems, and engagement surfaces
This is not a passive partnership role.
You will open doors from scratch, structure deals, and get integrations live
You will build distribution channels that bring consistent traffic and revenue
WHAT YOU WILL OWN1. Partnership Acquisition (0 → 1)Identify and close partnerships with:
- Banks, NBFCs, and card ecosystems
- Fintech platforms (UPI, wallets, BNPL, lending apps)
- Super apps (high-frequency platforms with large user bases)
- Utility platforms (bill payments, recharges, subscriptions, daily-use apps)
- Travel, OTT, lifestyle, and engagement platforms
Focus: Platforms with repeat usage and strong user intent
2. Traffic & Revenue Ownership- Drive high-quality traffic into Togethr’s offer network
- Ensure partnerships translate into:
- User clicks
- Offer redemptions
- Revenue generation
- Continuously improve performance of each partner channel
3. Deal Structuring- Design scalable commercial models:
- Revenue share
- CAC / CPA / CPL
- Rewards / points integrations
- Align incentives to maximize both traffic flow and monetization
4. Integration & Go-Live Execution- Work with product and tech teams to:
- Define integration flows (API, SDK, banners, post-transaction placements)
- Ensure fast and clean go-live
- Own execution from signed deal → live traffic
5. Distribution Strategy- Identify best placements within each platform:
- Post-transaction moments
- Rewards / loyalty sections
- Engagement surfaces inside apps
- Build repeatable playbooks to scale across partners
6. Pipeline & Execution Discipline- Maintain strong outbound pipeline
- Track deal stages, timelines, blockers
- Push deals forward consistently
7. Market Intelligence- Track trends across:
- Banks, fintech, and payments
- Super apps and consumer ecosystems
- Rewards and loyalty programs
- Identify new high-traffic opportunities early
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORCore Traits- Can build partnerships from zero
- Strong outbound ability (cold outreach → closure)
- Thinks in terms of traffic, distribution, and monetization
- High ownership and execution speed
- Comfortable working in ambiguity
Experience- 3–5 years in partnerships / BD / alliances
- Exposure to:
- Banks, fintech, OR consumer platforms (super apps, utilities, etc.)
- Experience closing:
- Distribution or integration partnerships
Strong Plus- Experience with:
- Rewards, loyalty, or offer ecosystems
- Understanding of:
- Transaction-linked offers
- User funnels and conversion metrics
- Awareness of:
- CAC, ROAS, revenue models
SUCCESS METRICS- Number of high-quality partnerships closed
- Speed from first meeting → go-live
- Traffic driven via partners
- Revenue generated via partnerships
- Cost efficiency (CAC via partnerships)
- Partner performance and retention
