Role Overview
The Association of Indian Law Firms (AILF) is looking to onboard a dynamic and articulate professional to lead its high-impact conversations and thought leadership initiatives. This role will involve conceptualising and driving structured dialogues with CEOs, CXOs, General Counsel, policymakers, and industry leaders across sectors.
The ideal candidate will bring strong executive presence, intellectual depth, and exceptional command over English, with the ability to lead engaging, well-structured conversations and interact seamlessly with senior leadership across both public forums and closed-door settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and host high-level interviews, fireside chats, and strategic dialogues with senior leadership.
- Moderate panel discussions, roundtables, and curated forums at AILF platforms and events.
- Conceptualise conversation themes aligned with AILF’s positioning and industry relevance.
- Develop structured interview frameworks, research briefs, and question narratives.
- Represent AILF across high-visibility forums, including conferences, media interactions, and digital content.
- Work closely with internal teams on content strategy, speaker alignment, and event execution.
- Ensure a refined, insightful, and engaging experience across all interactions.
Required Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism
- Exceptional fluency in English with strong articulation and presence.
- Ability to engage, challenge, and converse with senior leadership confidently.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex subjects.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive maturity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in hosting, journalism, corporate communications, consulting, or leadership engagement roles.
- Prior exposure to business, legal, policy, or media ecosystems will be preferred.
