π§ Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead β Operations & Supply Chain to drive end-to-end operational excellence across:
- Procurement & vendor management
- Production planning
- Inventory management
- Logistics & distribution
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role where you will:
β Lead and mentor a team of 4β8 members
β Build scalable processes and systems
β Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and quality
β Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance & R&D
β
What Weβre Looking For
- 8β10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, and logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams and scale processes in dynamic environments
- Strong vendor management & negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP/SCM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Background in paper, packaging, FMCG, or allied industries (preferred)
- A problem-solving mindset with a structured, hands-on approach
