Role PurposeWe are looking for a maintenance-domain professional who can lead the implementation of our Enterprise Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Intelligence Platform across large industrial organisations.
The role is suitable for professionals from:

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Process Assessment- Visit customer plants and conduct process-discovery workshops.
- Interact with maintenance heads, planners, engineers, technicians, production teams and corporate stakeholders.
- Understand existing maintenance practices, systems and operational challenges.
- Study preventive, corrective, breakdown, inspection and shutdown-maintenance processes.
- Identify gaps in planning, execution, reporting, compliance and user adoption.
- Document current processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Distinguish genuine operational requirements from legacy habits and inefficient practices.
Maintenance Transformation- Define standard maintenance processes that can be adopted across plants.
- Align plant-level requirements with corporate maintenance policies.
- Support customers in standardising workflows, statuses, approvals and KPIs.
- Challenge unnecessary process variations between plants.
- Recommend practical improvements without overcomplicating operations.
- Ensure that technology supports maintenance operations rather than adding administrative work.
EAM and CMMS Implementation- Translate maintenance requirements into system workflows and configurations.
- Define work-order, notification, inspection, checklist and approval processes.
- Configure or coordinate configuration of:
- Preventive maintenance
- Corrective maintenance
- Breakdown maintenance
- Inspections
- Maintenance requests
- Shutdown activities
- Root-cause analysis
- FMEA
- Permit-to-work processes

Asset and Maintenance Master Data- Define and review asset hierarchy and functional-location structures.
- Support equipment-master creation and cleansing.
- Standardise equipment naming and coding conventions.
- Review preventive-maintenance schedules and frequencies.
- Support the preparation of:
- Maintenance plans
- Task lists
- Checklists
- Failure codes
- Equipment criticality
- Spare-parts mapping
- Equipment BOM
- User and role masters
- Identify duplicate, incomplete or unreliable customer data.
- Define clear ownership for maintenance master data.
- Ensure data readiness before migration and go-live.
SAP PM and Enterprise-System Alignment- Understand the customer’s SAP PM, ERP, CMMS and IT landscape.
- Define the functional boundary between the platform and existing systems.
- Identify the system of record for each master and transaction.
- Support integration requirements related to:
- Equipment masters
- Functional locations
- Maintenance notifications

- Maintenance plans

- Coordinate with SAP, ERP, API and integration teams.
- Prevent duplication of existing SAP or ERP functionality.

Implementation Planning- Prepare detailed implementation plans and milestone schedules.
- Define customer and internal-team responsibilities.

- Coordinate production deployment and user onboarding.
- Support customers during hypercare.
- Track production issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure formal stabilisation and project closure.
Training and User Adoption- Prepare role-specific training material and user manuals.
