About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned EUC & Device Strategy Lead to drive enterprise-wide endpoint strategy, collaboration platforms, and AI enablement. This is a high-impact role requiring end-to-end ownership across device ecosystems, governance, and modern workplace technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing user environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own collaboration platforms across the enterprise including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and AI capabilities within the ecosystem
- Define service strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business priorities and workforce needs
- Take ownership of platform decisions, prioritization, and change management while balancing user experience, security and compliance, and cost efficiency
- Drive AI adoption and readiness across collaboration platforms
- Ensure safe and responsible AI deployment in partnership with Identity, Security, Legal, and Data Governance teams
- Define foundational requirements including content hygiene, permission models, information architecture, and governance alignment
- Lead enablement through training programs, adoption strategies, and clear usage frameworks
- Own reliability, performance, and overall service health across platforms
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, user experience metrics, and adoption trends
- Work closely with support and operations teams for incident, problem, and change management
- Lead root cause analysis for major issues and ensure preventive and corrective actions
- Define configuration standards and guardrails for all collaboration and endpoint services
- Ensure consistency across tenants, regions, and workloads
- Align configurations with enterprise architecture, security policies, and Zero Trust principles
- Ensure standards are documented, easy to consume, and enforced through tools and policies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of experience in endpoint/device strategy or EUC leadership roles in enterprise environments with strong techno-functional capabilities
- Hands-on expertise with Intune, MECM, and Jamf including managing Windows, macOS, and mobile device environments at scale
- Experience managing 3000+ devices including configuration, patching, tagging, and compliance enforcement
- End-to-end device lifecycle ownership experience including device selection, enrollment, provisioning, refresh, reuse, and decommissioning with cross-functional alignment across procurement, finance, and security
- Strong experience in endpoint security and Zero Trust frameworks including device trust, compliance posture, access enforcement, and translating security requirements into practical endpoint policies
- Experience defining endpoint standards, governance models, baselines, and documentation with exposure to tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar
- Experience managing vendor and service provider relationships including defining SLAs, scope, and operational guardrails
- Proven ability to build long-term EUC roadmap including evaluating new tools, reducing tech debt, and driving modern cloud-first endpoint management
Skills Required
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with security, identity, infrastructure, and collaboration teams without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent in endpoint management, device platforms, or security
- Proven track record of modernizing endpoint ecosystems with focus on standardization, simplification, and improved user experience
