Role OverviewThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving visitors flow and partnerships for PARSEC centres (Jayanagar & Whitefield), with a strong focus on:
- B2B sales (schools, corporates, tour operators)
- Group bookings & institutional partnerships
- Tourism and experience bundling
- Corporate engagement (events, CSR, memberships)
This role is critical to achieving visitor growth, revenue targets, and strategic partnerships, which are key to Param’s financial sustainability model.
Experience- 7-10 years in: 10 to 15 years of experience
- B2B sales / business development
- Education, tourism, events, or experiential spaces
- Strong network in schools, corporates, or travel ecosystem
- Strong preference to experience in theme park, large footfall zones, experience centres, B2B sales etc.
Skills- Strong relationship-building & negotiation
- Ability to sell experiences (not just products)
- Pipeline and CRM discipline
- High ownership & execution focus
