Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Industry Relations & Career Services Manager to strengthen BuildAmbit’s industry partnerships and drive meaningful career opportunities for our learners.

This role will focus on building relationships with architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate firms, enabling placements, internships, live projects, and hiring collaborations.

Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Partnerships

1. Build and nurture relationships with AEC firms, developers, consultancies, and contractors.
2. Identify hiring needs and position BuildAmbit learners as strong talent pipelines.
3. Establish partnerships for internships, live projects, hiring drives, and career opportunities.
4. Collaborate with leadership to expand BuildAmbit’s industry network nationally and globally.

Career Services

1. Develop and manage structured career support programs for learners.
2. Organize hiring drives, placement events, networking sessions, and employer interactions.
3. Guide learners on resume building, interview preparation, and career readiness.
4. Track placement metrics and continuously improve career outcomes.

Brand & Ecosystem Development

1. Represent BuildAmbit at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
2. Strengthen employer branding within the AEC ecosystem.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Industry Relations, Corporate Partnerships, Placement, or Career Services roles.
• Strong network within Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction or Infrastructure sectors.
• Experience working with professional upskilling or higher education institutions is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of hiring trends within the AEC industry.
