A well-established, high-growth NBFC is hiring a senior technology leader to own its CRM platform end-to-end — covering customer acquisition, servicing, grievance management, and internal relationship workflows.
This is a single-point-of-ownership role where platform strategy, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational enablement converge. The right person balances business enablement with strong governance and control discipline in a regulated financial environment.
Platform Scope
You will own and govern CRM platforms supporting:
- Lead management, sales workflows, and relationship tracking
- Customer profile and interaction history management
- Case management, service requests, and grievance handling
- Omni-channel interaction capture (call, email, digital channels)
- CRM-driven integrations with LOS, LMS, collections, and communications systems
- CRM data feeds for MIS, analytics, and regulatory reporting
What We're Looking For
- 12–18 years in technology roles within Banks, NBFCs, or Financial Services
- Proven ownership of CRM platforms — Salesforce or equivalent at scale
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, servicing, and grievance workflows
- Experience in regulated, audit-intensive environments (RBI compliance)
- Track record of managing CRM vendors and delivery teams
- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform / Service Cloud) are a plus
- Exposure to CRM integrations with LOS, LMS, or collections platforms is a plus
