For more information, please visitwww.teamwass.com. Job Description We are seeking a talented and driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will work on various roles across Wasserman including Marketing, Sports and Corporate positions. As an advocate for an exceptional candidate experience, you are personable, timely, and highly organized. You are open to exploring new channels in how to attract a diverse pool of talent. Most of all, if you enjoy collaborating with various team members and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, exciting environment, this role is for you! Please note this is a short-term position for 3 months but does have opportunity to extend beyond or become permanent if the needs are there. Responsibilities Attract smart, creative, talented candidates for various departments within the company using a variety of traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from posting job descriptions, initiating screening calls, scheduling interviews with internal team members, and facilitating offers/employment negotiations Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers both leaning on them for support and pushing them for results Champion the candidate experience and interview process Build relationships and a candidate pipeline Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to manage recruitment process and candidate workflow on a daily basis. Requirements 3-4 years' experience working in recruitment including integrated sports/entertainment/advertising agency experience Experience managing full cycle interview process Demonstrated recruiting experience across a wide variety of roles including creative, marketing, client services, social media, project management, research, strategy, experiential operations/production, and accounting/finance Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday Recruiting experience is a huge plus), LinkedIn Recruiter and various sourcing platforms Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills Extraordinary time management and organizational skills Ability to work autonomously Commitment to excellence - working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy Thrive in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points Experience working across multiple offices in different US time zones Have an existing network of candidates across the roles defined above
