M&E Quantity Surveyor

M&E Quantity Surveyor Dubai Our client is a leading international multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their Dubai office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Middle East region. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for M&E works - Undertake value engineering and cost planning exercises - Assist in preparation of tender documents and negotiations - Provide commercial support during the construction phase - Monitor and control project costs to ensure budgets are adhered to - Work closely with the project team to deliver best value for the client Requirements: - Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying - Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally gained in the Middle East region - Proficient in preparing detailed M&E cost estimates and bills of quantities - Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Fluent in English, Arabic language skills an advantage - Availability to relocate to Dubai
