Our Sous Chefs are the heartbeat of our scratch kitchens. If you bring 2+ years of high‑volume culinary leadership, a passion for cooking with real ingredients, and a desire to create memorable hospitality, this role is for you. We’re looking for leaders who can inspire teams, uphold high standards, and help us deliver the warm, genuine experience Lazy Dog is known for.

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years high volume sous chef or Kitchen manager experience 
• Strong cooking from the scratch ability
• You have 2 years of high-volume culinary management experience.
• You demonstrate basic English/Spanish communication skills.
• You have a strong guest service/culinary background
• Ability to train, develop, and coach a group of talented people
• Build lasting relationships with trust and respect on all levels
• Must be excited about achieving personal and professional growth
