Manager, HSSE-5th Gen Warehouse-copy Supply Chain & Logistics-Hub Management RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure warehouse operations meet Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) requirements - Monitor and report on HSSE metrics and KPIs - Conduct HSSE inspections and audits to identify and address potential risks - Provide training and guidance to warehouse team on HSSE best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HSSE initiatives - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 3-5 years of experience in a HSSE or operational management role, preferably in a warehouse/logistics environment - Strong understanding of HSSE regulations and best practices - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Proficient in Thai and English
