Position: Layout / Plant / Equipment Layout – Mechanical Engineer
Total Experience: 15-20 years
Education: B.E - mechanical/chemical
Location: Pune
Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM ( Monday to Friday)
Role Purpose:
To develop and support pre-bid plant/layout designs by analysing tender requirements, technical specifications, and site constraints, ensuring technically feasible, cost-effective, and competitive solutions that support successful bid submissions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
·Support Application team for Prebid Layout, Piping & Structural BOQ estimation
·Study of P&I diagram
·Preparation of equipment layout GA drawing, Equipment list, PFD piping.
·Preparation of Skid GA/frontal piping drawing of filter, softner, MB
·Preparation of RO skid Piping, GA, UF Skid Piping GFA, FEDI skid piping GA.
·Preparation of Interconnecting Piping layout showing pipe routing, marking supports.
·Checking of Piping isometric drawings and Bill of Material based on GA
·Checking Pipe supports/frame drawings with bill of material.
·Preparation of civil outline drawings based on GA drawing
·Drafting of fabrication drawings involving structural steel and piping.
·Generating BOM for the above.
Must-Have Experience:
·Equipment Layout.
·Prebid support.
Good-to-Have Experience:
·Prebid Layout
·Structural BOQ estimation.
