Position: Layout Designer
Minimum Qualification:
Graduate in any field, Degree/Diploma in Design is preferred. Skills in handling software’s like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW with basic excel knowledge.
Work Experience:
- Preferably 5 years’ experience from a reputable pharmaceutical company handling pharmaceutical and medical devices layout designing with coordination role.
- Moderate English communication skills and should be able to work as an effective team member.
- A natural flair for planning and co-ordination.
- The ability to carry out multiple tasks while keeping the overview updates.
- Familiar with pharmaceutical/medical devices applicable designing requirements.
- Excellent computer skills, and must be familiar with MS office, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in handling Adobe graphics programs (Illustrator and In Design) and Corel Draw added benefit.
- Should be able to meet project deadlines as per needs.
- Should maintain a positive attitude and good behavior while handling different tasks in targeted timelines.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Function as a primary layout designing and co-ordinating with Manufacturer and sharing final layout to the manufacturer as per project requirement.
- Developing a layout as per guidelines specified in layout manual.
- Archival of final layout files in respective folder.
- Update layout status in D-365 with necessary information.
- Follow up with Manufacturer to meet layout completion timelines.
- Representation of layout function to support sales segment.
- Assist Regulatory Affairs team on layout requirement for product registration purpose.
