eCommerce Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven eCommerce Operations Analyst to join our team. You'll be responsible for analyzing sales data, generating reports, monitoring platform health, and supporting data-led decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain sales and profit/loss reports Monitor store health metrics (account performance, defect rates, policy warnings) across all platforms Analyze pricing trends, identify issues, and recommend changes Use Linnworks and other tools to extract and organize operational data Identify performance patterns, risks, and areas for improvement Present findings to management with clear, actionable insights Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment on KPIs Requirements: Experience in a reporting, analyst, or eCommerce role Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts) Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and Shopify analytics dashboards Understanding of Linnworks or similar inventory/data platforms Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication
