Role Overview

AMRG & Associates is seeking an experienced and analytically strong professional to support its growing UAE Tax Advisory Practice.

The role is focused exclusively on:

• Technical research on UAE taxation laws, and
• Professional drafting of advisory documents and knowledge material.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy in-depth technical work, structured thinking, and high-quality professional writing.

Core Responsibilities

A. Research Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and detailed research on:
• UAE VAT law and executive regulations
• UAE Corporate Tax law
• Free Zone taxation rules
• FTA guides, public clarifications, and cabinet decisions
• Track and analyse:
• New tax notifications and amendments
• Regulatory updates and compliance changes
• Prepare internal research notes and technical summaries for senior review.

B. Drafting Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

• Independently draft high-quality professional documents including:
• Tax advisory opinions
• Technical memorandums
• Client responses
• Issue notes and presentations
• Research papers
• Articles and alerts on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax

C. Knowledge Management

• Maintain and update internal repositories of:
• Tax research
• Precedents
• Regulatory updates
• Develop templates and standard formats for recurring advisory work.

Required Skill Set

Essential Skills

• Excellent command over professional written English
• Strong analytical and interpretational ability

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of:
• Tax laws and regulations
• Interpretation of legal documents
• Proficiency in:
• MS Word
• MS PowerPoint
• MS Excel

Qualifications - Postgraduate in Commerce / Law/LLB

Experience - 1-2Yrs. (Relevant Field)
