We are looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to join our team!
The Strategic Operations Manager drives alignment, execution, and performance across the Lawry’s brand by translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans. This role ensures that key initiatives are implemented effectively across all locations, creating consistency, efficiency, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Strategic Execution
- Own and drive cross-brand initiatives from concept through rollout
- Translate leadership direction into structured plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all location
Operational Excellence
- Design and implement scalable systems and workflows
- Standardize processes (e.g., reservation strategy, reporting cadence, training tools)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
Cross-Functional Alignment

Serve as the connective layer between Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Beverage

Facilitate communication, clarity, and accountability across teams

Support General Managers with tools and direction to execute effectively
Performance & Insights

Build and maintain reporting structures that drive action, not just visibility

Partner with leadership to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

Shift teams toward proactive, forward-looking decision-making
Revenue, Guest Experience & Hospitality

Support initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance guest experience

Develop and implement hospitality-focused initiatives across all locations

Optimize key programs (holiday reservations, VIP access, OpenTable experiences
Training, Adoption & Field Support

Develop clear tools, guides, and playbooks to support rollout of initiatives

Drive adoption across teams, especially within legacy systems and processes

Maintain direct connection to in-restaurant operations
Experience
- 2-3 years of Operations Support experience
- Commitment to Hospitality and service excellence
- Effective time management skills
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
