</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li> Operate a <strong>sod cutter</strong> and <strong>aerator</strong>
</li>
<li> Prepare soil (grading, leveling, and cleanup) </li>
<li> Install sod tight, level, and clean—no gaps, no shortcuts </li>
<li> Load and unload sod and materials </li>
<li> Keep job sites clean and professional </li>
</ul><div><strong>What You Must Have or Be Willing to Learn</strong></div><ul>
<li> Experience with a sod cutter and aerator (or the ability to learn quickly) </li>
<li> Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in Florida heat </li>
<li> Strong attention to detail—this is not sloppy work </li>
</ul><div><strong>Non-Negotiables</strong></div><ul>
<li>Ability to tow a <strong>7x16 trailer confidently</strong>
</li>
<li><strong>Clean driving record (required)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Authorized to work in the U.S.</strong></li>
