<strong>The Opportunity</strong><br>A growing California-based law firm with offices in Encino, Oakland, Riverside, and Palm Desert is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager in our Oakland office. We have an opening for a Jr Case Manager, Case Manager, or Senior Case Manager based on experience in workers' compensation law. <br><br>

<strong>Position Overview</strong><br>The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage and maintain workers’ compensation case files under attorney supervision</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys</li>
<li>Track deadlines, appointments, and case progress to ensure timely movement of files</li>
<li>Request, review, and organize medical records and documentation</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file records</li>
<li>Assist with case strategy preparation and general administrative support</li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum <strong>1+ year of experience</strong> handling Workers’ Compensation files</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Experience with case management software is a plus</li>
