<div>We are a growing multi-location law firm headquartered in Encino seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead and manage our civil litigation practice. This role is ideal for a self-directed attorney who is comfortable running files independently while collaborating with support staff and firm leadership.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution</li>
<li>Oversee and supervise civil litigation matters with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Handle discovery, motion practice, and case strategy</li>
<li>Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings</li>
<li>Trial experience is required</li>
<li>Assist with depositions and litigation support for the Workers’ Compensation department as needed</li>
<li>Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient case progression</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar</li>
<li>Proven experience handling civil litigation matters, preferably personal injury</li>
<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and case management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Leadership mindset and comfort taking ownership of a practice area</li>
<li>Ability to bring in cases is a significant plus, but not required</li>
</ul><div>Compensation<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Competitive base salary ranging from <strong>$125,000 to $200,000</strong>, depending on experience</li>
<li>Performance-based bonus tied to revenue generated</li>
