Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Financing & Transactional Support
- Assist in drafting and reviewing Loan/facility agreements.
Litigation & Dispute Management
- Assist in managing and monitoring ongoing litigation, claims, and disputes.
- Coordinate with external counsel for ongoing legal matters and court proceedings.
- Support in drafting petitions, applications, complaints (IBC, NIA, arbitration, execution/enforcement, etc.).
- Prepare and review police complaints and related documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Completed LLB or pursuing final year of LLB.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Interest in finance and litigation.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Good verbal and written communication.
