Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in court-related work, including court visits, filing, brief preparation, and tracking case status and

hearings.

• Support drafting and vetting of legal documents, including pleadings, applications, notices, agreements,
  
  

and legal briefs.

• Conduct legal, corporate, and regulatory research, including case laws, statutes, and compliance
  
  

requirements.

• Assist in case and document management, including maintaining records, files, and matter trackers.
• Apply working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, corporate laws, and basic court procedures in
  
  

assigned tasks.
