Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in drafting and filing pleadings, applications, and other legal documents before the City Civil Court, Commercial Court, and DRAT Bengaluru.
- Track and maintain hearing dates, court notices, and case status updates across active litigation files.
- Coordinate with advocates and clients to compile evidence, affidavits, and supporting documents for ongoing matters.
- Conduct legal research on relevant judgments, precedents, and statutory provisions applicable to assigned cases.
- Attend court proceedings as a representative to record observations, collect orders, and report updates to the supervising lawyer.
