Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Law Intern, based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in various legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and analyzing legal issues. Additional responsibilities may include supporting consulting projects and contributing to contract and compliance-related matters. The role provides hands-on experience in a professional legal environment with opportunities for growth and learning.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Law and expertise in handling Legal Issues
- Experience or ability in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
- Interest in Legal Consulting and providing strategic legal solutions
- Attention to detail, research abilities, and an analytical mindset
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Previous experience with legal research, corporate law, or contract drafting is a plus
