Role Description The Law Intern role at Codenabled Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, remote position. The intern will support legal review of contracts, policies, and compliance documentation related to software development, AI use, and client engagements. Daily tasks include assisting in legal research on relevant regulations, drafting and formatting legal documents, and helping prepare summaries or guidance for internal teams. The intern will collaborate with senior staff to identify and address legal issues, maintain organized records, and support legal consulting activities for business operations. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment with opportunities to learn about legal aspects of AI and software services.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to understand contracts, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Skills in Legal Consulting and Legal Issues to support internal stakeholders and identify potential risks.
- Experience or coursework in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal materials.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey legal information clearly to non-legal team members.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a law degree program (LLB or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and strong time management skills.
- Interest in technology, software, or AI-related legal and regulatory topics is highly beneficial.
