Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Launching Manager role located in New Delhi. The Launching Manager will coordinate and oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction operations, with a specific focus on segment launching, bridge construction, and infrastructure development. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, managing manpower and resources, collaborating with multiple teams, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, timely progress reporting, and problem resolution to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management and execution of infrastructure projects, particularly related to segment launching and bridge construction.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles for tasks such as structural analysis, execution planning, and load calculations.
• Experience in team leadership, resource allocation, and managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control measures, and adherence to timelines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with industry software and modern construction technologies is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certifications or degrees are a plus.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects, with a focus on bridges and launching mechanisms, is highly desirable.
