Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies. Identify and engage with potential candidates from universities and colleges across all disciplines. Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Support the organization of virtual and in-person recruitment events. Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Skills and Qualifications: Core Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
