About the role
We are looking for an Associate, Media Operations to join our team at Launch Potato. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing media performance, analyzing campaign data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Specific responsibilities include:
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and make recommendations to improve ROAS and efficiency
- Actively monitor and optimize ongoing media campaigns, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, creative testing, and more
- Collaborate with media buying and creative teams to implement campaign optimizations
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and communicate results to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new ad platform features/capabilities
- Provide support for other operational and strategic initiatives as needed
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a media operations or media analyst role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for data-driven marketing. Proficiency with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads is a must. We're looking for a team player who is excited to contribute to the growth of our business.
