People Partner

As a People Partner at Lattice, you'll be a key member of our People team, partnering closely with Lattice's leadership and customer-facing teams to enable our culture, drive our talent agenda, and build systems and processes that empower our employees to do their best work. You'll own critical initiatives like developing our performance management processes, leading our compensation and benefits strategy, and helping scale our People operations as we grow. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and scale Lattice's performance management program, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning • Partner with people managers to build and execute strategic talent plans, including identifying high-potential employees, facilitating talent reviews, and developing succession plans • Serve as a strategic HR business partner, providing counsel and guidance to executives and people managers on a range of people-related topics • Leverage data and analytics to surface talent insights and drive data-driven decision making • Continuously improve and evolve Lattice's people programs and processes to align with the company's strategic priorities and scale with our growth • Champion and uphold Lattice's culture, ensuring it remains a top priority as we grow
