Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai, for the position of Last Mile Associate. The Last Mile Associate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating last-mile logistics. Responsibilities include handling delivery schedules, ensuring order accuracy, and fostering excellent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the Associate will troubleshoot delivery issues and maintain accurate records of dispatched and received orders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle delivery schedules and inventory management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless coordination with delivery teams and customer interactions.
- Competence in basic record-keeping and familiarity with delivery tracking systems.
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve logistical challenges and address customer concerns effectively.
- Prior experience in logistics, retail, or last-mile delivery operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in delivery operations is an added advantage.
