Google Ads Certified + Bing and Facebook Ads Specialist Needed

At Lasso Media, we have a well developed digital marketing and advertising platform that we built and successfully operated for the last 5+ years - with campaigns serving thousands of local businesses and multi-location national brands across North America, with potential for global growth. We leverage automation that we've developed to ingest business information for our local business customers, launch and run campaigns - primarily search - with the goal of generating conversions. Our primary main conversion goal is phone calls. In running these campaigns, our internal business goal is to drive the highest quality phone calls possible at scale, but also optimize cost efficiently. We are seeking someone who has search engine marketing expertise with an emphasis on Google ads and related campaigns, preferably with Google ad certification. This individual should also have a strong knowledge of Bing and Facebook advertising, each of which with the same goal to drive phone calls through these search, and possibly display, campaigns for our local business customers and partners. The individual selected for this role will also learn from our team members about our platform and current campaigns. Additionally, we are seeking someone to train our team and impart knowledge upon them so we have visibility and are able to scale your work across the organization. We work remotely across the North American and India timezones and leverage collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Google productivity suite, and Slack.
