Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laser Technician/Skin Therapist role based at SkinFine Clinic in Noida. The role involves performing laser hair removal and other laser-based skin treatments under established protocols and supervision of the dermatologist. The Laser Technician/Skin Therapist will conduct pre-treatment consultations, explain procedures, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate treatment records. Daily responsibilities include operating laser equipment safely, preparing treatment rooms, ensuring proper hygiene standards, and monitoring patient responses during and after procedures. The role also requires providing courteous customer service, answering patient queries, giving post-treatment care instructions, and collaborating with the clinical team to support overall patient experience and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform hair removal procedures, including laser hair removal, with attention to safety and patient comfort.
- Competence in handling laser equipment and related technologies, with a strong focus on proper laser operation and maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills to communicate clearly, manage patient expectations, and provide a professional, empathetic experience.
- Relevant certification or training in laser treatments, cosmetology, dermatology assistance, or aesthetic therapy is preferred.
- Understanding of basic skin and hair anatomy, contraindications for laser procedures, and infection control practices.
- Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain detailed documentation, and work collaboratively with medical and support staff.
