Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laser Operator based in Surat. The Laser Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating laser cutting machines to produce precision components according to specifications. The individual will perform machine maintenance, monitor production quality, ensure proper handling of materials, and follow standard safety and operational procedures. The role also involves collaborating closely with the quality control and production teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and expertise in handling Laser equipment
- Strong knowledge of Laser Cutting processes and operations
- Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet established standards
- Understanding of Operations Management to maintain production efficiency
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- A high school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field
