Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Laser Engineers based in our Navi Mumbai headquarters. Responsibilities include working on optical engineering tasks, conducting research and development projects, and providing technical solutions related to laser development of high poweer fibre laser.The role involves collaborating with other teams to ensure quality control, testing, and support for innovation in laser physics and related technologies.We are looking for candidates in Optical, mechanical and electronics field to work on all three aspects of fibre laser development and manufacturing
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Optical Engineering and Laser technologies
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) processes and applications
- Strong understanding of Physics and Laser Physics principles
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct experimental troubleshooting
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, or a related field
- A PhD degree in laser physics( high power fibre laser area)and related field will be preferred
- Hands-on experience with laser systems and spectroscopy tools is advantageous
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work on-site and support diverse projects
