About the role
Senior Media Buyer
We are looking for a skilled Senior Media Buyer with expertise in Paid Social and PPC (Google Ads) to lead and manage media buying strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience working with both emerging and established brands, focusing on scaling businesses, optimizing campaigns, and achieving KPIs to ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS). The ability to identify growth opportunities, adapt quickly to market changes, and propose innovative media strategies is crucial for this role.
Client is seeking candidates with a stable employment history and a minimum of two years of experience in each employment on their CVs
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in media buying or PPC roles (Paid Social)
- Proven track record in scaling brands through effective media buying strategies
- Experience in Ecommerce Shopify is a must, experience with other ecom platforms preferred
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, and other social platforms like TikTok and Pinterest
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution modeling
- Strong ability to develop and execute data-driven, scalable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with creative and account management teams
- Comfortable working with both small and large-scale businesses
- Preferred certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint
- Experience managing significant budgets (e.g., $1M cumulative or $100K/month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram)
- Optimize campaigns through strategic bid management, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation
- Drive scalability and identify untapped growth opportunities through effective media buying strategies
- Analyze performance data and generate reports with actionable insights
- Allocate and manage media spend to maximize ROI
- Refine audience targeting, create custom audiences, and implement retargeting strategies
- Work with emerging and well-established brands to scale campaigns effectively
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to maintain competitive strategies
- Adapt rapidly to changes in platform algorithms and market conditions to ensure campaign performance
- Ability to create SOPs, reporting structures, and operate independently as a self-starter
