About the role

Real Estate Fund Management Team

Candidate will be part of the Residential Real Estate Fund Management Team of L&T Realty. Essential aspects of a candidate’s skill set include knowledge of business modeling, strong analytical skills & effective interpersonal style.

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Modelling and valuation analysis for potential real estate opportunities
Deal Evaluation & Structuring
Ensuring timely completion of requisite due diligence processes
Asset Management of portfolio investments
Risk & Compliance Management
Assisting in Fund raising and setting up of the AIF
Assisting in documentation relating to fund and the transactions

Job Qualifications & Key Attributes

The ideal candidate should have:

CA, CFA or MBA Finance with around 4 to 6 years of work experience
Some earlier exposure to real estate financing or real estate transactions
Proficient in excel modelling and good presentation skills
Ability to work with a wide array of people across functions to achieve optimal outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, analytical, intellectually curious, client-service oriented, have a hunger to learn, be open to feedback, and able to work in a team-based culture.
High integrity is essential
