The Precast Works Competency Centre (PWCC), a strategic initiative of L&T Construction Group, is dedicated to achieving world-class excellence in precast works through a capability-based approach. Supported by a highly efficient lean team and cutting-edge technology, PWCC focuses on enhancing efficiency, fostering innovation, and adopting advanced digital technologies. As a Digital Coordinator within PWCC, you will play a critical role in leveraging digital tools to improve project management, communication, and collaboration, overseeing digital initiatives to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Deliverables

Co-ordinate with PWCC Planning on Digital Needs

Co-ordinate with various PWCC-IC teams with respect to their Digital Needs and Training schedule

Co-ordinate with LTI Mindtree and other relevant Third-Party providers to generate solutions

Play a cross-functional role in PWCC in the areas of planning and monitoring along with Digital efforts

Project Management

Key Responsibilities –

  • Utilize digital project management tools to organize, track, and monitor progress on construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to implement digital solutions that streamline workflows and improve project delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout Product lifecycles.

Technology Implementation

  • Research and evaluate emerging digital tools, software, and technologies relevant to the construction industry.
  • Lead the implementation of digital solutions such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), construction management software, and augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR) applications.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of digital tools and platforms to enhance their productivity and efficiency.

Data Management And Analysis

  • Establish data management protocols to collect, organize, and analyze project-related data for insights and decision-making purposes.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to visualize project performance metrics, resource utilization, and other key indicators.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement actionable solutions.

Compliance And Security

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards related to digital operations and information security.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures to safeguard digital assets, sensitive data, and communication channels against potential threats or breaches.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to assess compliance with digital policies and procedures and recommend adjustments as needed.
