Senior Engineer - Electrical

L&T is looking to hire a Senior Engineer - Electrical to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components for various projects. You will also be involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical engineering activities to ensure the successful completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop electrical systems and components for a wide range of projects - Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications - Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for electrical engineering solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other project components - Monitor and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems - Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients - Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations - Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical engineering processes and practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry - Strong technical expertise in electrical system design, including power distribution, control systems, and automation - Proficient in the use of CAD software and electrical engineering tools - Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills - Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
