Role Overview
We are hiring Front Line Sales (FLS) candidates for the Agency Channel for a Health Insurance. sector. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive health insurance business. The role requires strong sales ability, field orientation, and experience from the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive health insurance sales through the agency/advisor network.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Motivate advisors to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct field visits, joint calls, customer meetings, and sales activities with advisors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure advisors are active, productive, and aligned with business goals.
- Support advisors with product knowledge, sales pitches, and customer handling.
- Maintain daily activity reports, sales MIS, lead pipeline, and business trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to company/IRDAI guidelines.
- Focus on advisor activation, retention, and business productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate preferred/mandatory.
- Experience: Candidates should have experience in BFSI sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile
