About the role

About the Role:

As a Fashion Consultant , you will be the face of the brand—responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will combine your passion for fashion, deep product knowledge, and sales acumen to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a high-end customer experience from welcome to sale.

Offer personalized styling and wardrobe consultation to suit customer preferences.

Sales & Targets:

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize basket size.

Product Knowledge & Display:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, brand stories, and key styling trends.

Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stock levels are maintained.

Clienteling:

Develop strong relationships with VIP clients and maintain a client book.

Drive repeat business through client outreach, follow-ups, and exclusive previews.

Store Operations:

Support store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and inventory management.

Collaborate with the team to meet operational and service excellence goals.

Requirements:

Experience:

1–3 years in fashion retail, preferably in premium or luxury brands.

Proven track record of sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Traits:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and grooming standards.

Strong fashion sense and understanding of current luxury trends.

Customer-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline; a background in Fashion/Retail Management is a plus.
