Generous salary, flexible upon experience Fully remote working 11:00-19:00 working hours Excellent firm benefits to include generous annual leave entitlement, healthcare, gym & fitness discounts and season ticket loan etc. Working under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the development of test approaches, estimates, and plans for complex integrated systems, and will drive successful execution to ensure end results align with business needs. Quality Assurance Engineer Key Responsibilities: Provide input on functional requirements and advises on design and configuration of client software applications Design, develop, document, and maintain test artifacts for functional, integration, system, and acceptance testing Create test plans outlining test approach and risk mitigation, analyse test results to identify defects, errors etc. and generate reporting to define action plans Perform defect triage and assess potential impact and resolution Publish and communicate effective test metrics which enables effective decision making around quality Suggest recommendations regarding delivery quality and influences the business in implementation decisions Coordinate with team members on-site, off-site, and offshore Quality Assurance Engineer Skills & Requirements: 3+ years QA automation experience supporting large, critical business applications 5+ years QA experience with Test and Issues Management Tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) Exhibits strong knowledge of Business Applications and Web Application Architecture (web server, client/server communication, databases, proxy, etc.) Collaborative professional with a talent for influencing and engaging stakeholders
