Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laptop Technician, located in Jamshedpur. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing laptop hardware and software maintenance, providing customer support, handling printer-related support requests, and ensuring the timely resolution of technical problems. The technician will also engage with customers on-site to deliver excellent service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving laptop hardware and software issues
- Printer Support capabilities, ensuring functionality of peripheral devices
- Strong Customer Service skills to deliver effective resolutions and maintain client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for conveying technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in IT equipment repair and maintenance is an asset
- Relevant certifications in IT, hardware, or technical support are preferred
