Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the role of Laptop Technical Support - Fresher. This is a full-time position located on-site at our Bengaluru office. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software-related technical issues, providing support in troubleshooting laptops, ensuring system upgrades, and guiding users through technical challenges. Additionally, the role includes documenting issues and solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely resolution of queries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Knowledge of operating systems, laptop configurations, and basic networking
- Strong technical skills in system upgrades and software installations
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in resolving technical inquiries
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue documentation is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus
