Role Description
The Laptop Specialist L1 - Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining laptops to ensure peak performance. Key responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, conducting routine system updates, and assisting users with technical challenges. Additionally, the specialist will ensure compliance with company protocols and assist in documentation related to laptop configurations and maintenance. Collaboration with team members is an integral part of this role to achieve seamless technical operations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of hardware concepts, basic troubleshooting, and hardware installation.
- Familiarity with operating systems, system updates, and software installation.
- Ability to assist with technical queries and provide first-level support to users.
