Role Description The Laptop Repair Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The technician will diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops and related IT equipment, including component replacement, operating system installation, and performance optimization. Daily responsibilities include performing routine equipment maintenance, documenting work performed, and ensuring that devices are returned to clients in reliable working condition. The role involves interacting with customers to understand issues, explain findings, and provide clear updates on repair status. The technician will also support desktops and other IT hardware as needed, following company procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Appliance Repair skills for laptops and related IT hardware.
- Candidates should possess solid Equipment Maintenance skills to perform routine checks, cleaning, and preventive care.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and ensure high Customer Satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of desktop and server hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and common software issues is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple repair tasks, and maintain accurate service records.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in computer hardware, electronics, or IT support is preferred.
- Prior experience in laptop or computer repair, field service, or IT support will be an advantage.
