Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Laptop Customer Support role. The position involves interacting with customers to resolve laptop-related technical issues, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction with prompt and efficient service. The role also includes maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and issues to provide solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service orientation
- Technical proficiency to assist users with operating system, drivers, and common software-related issues
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage time effectively to resolve queries
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus but not mandatory
