Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Against Property (LAP) Relationship Manager located in Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur. The role involves managing client relationships, promoting LAP products, and identifying new business opportunities. The Relationship Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, handle queries, and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan disbursement. Additionally, the role includes preparing documentation, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service
- In-depth knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients
- Strong sales, negotiation, and target-oriented abilities
- Proficiency in preparing documentation and maintaining compliance standards
- Analytical and market research skills to identify potential business opportunities
- Ability to work on-site and possess local market understanding in Lucknow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
