Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Against Property (LAP) Relationship Manager. The main responsibilities include managing client relationships for loan products, identifying potential customers, assessing loan requirements, and ensuring appropriate financial product recommendations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and ensuring seamless loan processing while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Strong understanding of loan products, specifically Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Experience in assessing financial needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate within a team
- Sales and target-oriented mindset with proven track record in achieving goals
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation review
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services and working with LAP loans is a plus
