Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Language Trainer (German). The Language Trainer will design and deliver engaging German language lessons to learners at various proficiency levels, using appropriate teaching methods and digital tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting online classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves aligning teaching content with organizational goals, maintaining accurate training records, and collaborating with internal teams to support language-related needs. The trainer is expected to continuously update teaching approaches and resources to reflect current language usage and best practices in language education.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with demonstrated experience instructing German to diverse learner groups.
- Ability to create effective Lesson Planning and Education materials tailored to different proficiency levels and learning styles.
- Background or interest in Literature related to the German language to enrich content and cultural understanding.
- Excellent German language proficiency (spoken and written), with clear communication skills in English.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in German, Languages, Education, or a related field; teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Experience delivering remote or online training using digital platforms and interactive tools.
- Strong organizational skills, learner-centric mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
